We believe clarity makes everything easier. At Magic Hill, pricing is simple and transparent — one per-person rate, all-inclusive of accommodation and venue use — so you can focus on creating a meaningful experience without worrying about hidden costs.
Our Pricing Model – Simple & Flexible
Magic Hill offers a straightforward per-person pricing model, making it simple to plan your gathering with ease, whether it’s a retreat, workshop, or team event.
Our pricing includes:

Exclusive use of the venue (your group only).

Accommodation for all guests (Main House, Little House, or Tipis).

Full access to indoor & outdoor spaces for your workshops, activities, or meetings.

Support with logistics & planning (we help you prepare!).
💡 Food is not included → We work with trusted external caterers, and we’ll connect you with them to tailor meals to your group’s needs.
We welcome groups from up to 18 guests in high season, and up to 13 guests in low season.
Pricing Breakdown
🌿 High Season (May–September) – with Tipis Available
€75 per person, per night (No minimum stay required)

🍂 Low Season (October–April) – Indoor Accommodation Only

💡 Tip for facilitators:
You decide if participants share rooms or have private spaces. All bathrooms are shared, so comfort levels remain similar across accommodations.
Food & Catering
(Handled Separately)
We don’t cook in-house, but we collaborate with wonderful local caterers who specialise in retreat-style meals — nourishing, seasonal, and tailored to your group.
🍽️ Vegetarian & Vegan Catering (€50–€55 per person per day for full board).
🌿 Seasonal, healthy meals tailored to your group’s needs.
🥗 Special dietary accommodations available on request.
