 From travel tips to packing essentials, here's how to prepare for your retreat or event at Magic Hill.

How to Get Here

Magic Hill is located in the heart of Occitanie, South of France, a region known for its stunning landscapes, Mediterranean charm, and rich history. Previously known as Languedoc-Roussillon, this area offers the perfect balance of nature and accessibility.

📍 Nearest Airports & Driving Times
 

  • ✈️ Montpellier Airport (MPL) – 1h15 drive to Magic Hill

  • ✈️ Béziers Airport (BZR) – 45 min drive to Magic Hill
     

💡 We recommend booking your travel well in advance, especially in high season.

🚆 Nearest Train Station & Public Transport
 

  • 🚆 Bédarieux Train Station – 30 min drive from Béziers, 1h from Montpellier

  • If arriving by train, you will need to transfer at Béziers before reaching Bédarieux.

💡 If you’re taking public transport, you’ll either:

​

  1. Take a train from Montpellier to Béziers → Transfer to a train for Bédarieux.

  2. Take a train directly to Béziers (if arriving from elsewhere in France) → Transfer to Bédarieux.

  3. ​​We can arrange a pickup from Bédarieux train station or help you book a taxi (subject to availability).

🚗 Getting to Magic Hill

 

There are three main ways to reach us:

Option 1: Group Taxi or Minibus from the Airport (Recommended)

If multiple guests from your retreat are arriving at the same airport, we recommend organizing a shared taxi or minibus directly from Montpellier or Béziers. This is often the most convenient and cost-effective option for groups.

Option 2: Public Transport + Train to Bédarieux

​

  • Guests can take a train from Montpellier or Béziers to Bédarieux.

  • From Bédarieux, pickup service can be arranged:

    • 🚖 A local taxi may be available (to be confirmed).

    • 🚗 We also offer free pickup if needed.
