About the event
Why this retreat
You spend your days guiding, supporting, teaching, or leading others. You hold space for transformation, often without taking time to be held yourself. At some point, even the most devoted space-holder needs to pause, to reconnect with their own rhythm, and to remember the simplicity of being.
Nourishing the Nourishers is a retreat created for those moments when you realise that your growth is no longer about adding more techniques or collecting another certification. It is about deepening your relationship with your own wisdom. Many of us in guiding roles are conditioned to believe that the way forward is through more doing and more learning. Yet, the next level of growth rarely comes from accumulation. It comes from integration, reflection, and shared experience.
This retreat offers that space — not to learn something new in the conventional sense, but to return to what you already know, and to be reminded of it through the presence of others who walk a similar path. It’s a space for informal learning in its most natural form: through conversation, observation, laughter, silence, and shared insight.
Here, wisdom is not taught. It is remembered, exchanged, and reflected back. Every person who comes carries their own gifts, skills, and lived experience, which means the retreat becomes a living field of co-learning and deep listening.
In a world that celebrates constant output, this is a chance to slow down and meet yourself again — not as the teacher, the coach, or the leader, but as a human being who also needs nourishment, stillness, and space.
Come as you are. Leave aside the pressure to perform or to be productive. Let yourself be seen, supported, and restored.
⸻
What to expect
The days unfold in a calm rhythm designed for rest, reflection, and creativity. There is no rigid schedule, only gentle structure that gives you time to settle into your own pace.
Each morning begins with grounding practices that prepare the body and mind for the day ahead. Meals are shared around a communal table, prepared with care and connection in mind. The afternoons are open — some choose to rest in silence, others journal, swim in the nearby river, walk through the hills, or join spontaneous conversations and co-creations.
There will be optional sessions shaped by the group, allowing the retreat to evolve organically as the days progress. You decide what you take part in and how you spend your time. The invitation is to listen inwardly and respond to what feels right for you in each moment.
⸻
What you’ll take away
By the end of the retreat, you will notice more than just rest. You will have a calmer nervous system, a lighter mind, and a renewed sense of energy for your work and your life. The time spent in shared reflection will offer clarity about what matters most and how you wish to move forward.
You may find that your sense of purpose feels less like something to chase and more like something to inhabit. You will leave with insights that can be integrated immediately and an embodied understanding of what it means to lead from wholeness, not depletion.
This experience is designed to restore your presence, remind you of your natural pace, and reconnect you to the quiet inspiration that originally drew you to your work.
